Graham Stevens remains passionate about the environment and conserving our most precious resource, water.

Graham manages his vineyard with precision and meticulous care. His 50 years of experience on the land has taught him about nature, and his conscientious vineyard cultivation practices means he is able to achieve what many vignerons, and experts, would claim is ‘impossible’.

Graham’s vineyard produces extremely high quality fruit, whilst only using as little as 25% of the water per acre as some vineyards in the region. In the 2006 to 2008 vintages he has achieved what could arguably be described as the best crop yield and quality fruit in the McLaren Vale Region.
